How do I book an appointment?
Search for a doctor by specialty or city, or open the doctor's own booking link if you have one. Pick an online video visit or an in-clinic walk-in, choose an available time, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation right away.
How do I join my video visit?
Sign in and open your appointments from your dashboard. A "Join video call" button appears once your visit is about to start and your booking fee is settled. It opens a private video room just for you and your doctor.
What does the booking fee cover, and how do I pay?
The fee shown at booking covers the doctor's own consultation fee plus Hayat's small platform fee, always shown separately before you confirm. Payment instructions (a wallet, bank transfer, or in-clinic cash, depending on the doctor) appear on your appointments page.
How are doctors verified?
Every doctor submits their PMDC registration number, a photo of their CNIC, and a live camera selfie. A person on our team checks these by hand before the doctor can be booked. Nobody goes live automatically.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Open the appointment from your dashboard and choose to cancel or pick a new time. Please do this as early as you can so the doctor's slot can go to someone else.
Where do I find my prescriptions and documents?
Everything from your visit (your doctor's notes, any prescription, and lab requests) is saved to your account. Open your dashboard and look under the appointment for a download link.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is only visible to you and the doctor you're seeing. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
I'm a doctor, how do I get verified?
After you sign up, go to "Verify your ID" from your workspace and submit your PMDC number, CNIC photo, and a live selfie. Our team reviews it and you'll be notified the moment you're approved.
Is this for medical emergencies?
