Why Hayat

Finding a doctor you can trust shouldn't be guesswork. Hayat brings verified doctors online with their own profile, real reviews from patients they've actually seen, and a small, transparent booking fee instead of the heavy costs and clunky software of older platforms.

Every doctor is a real, checked person

A doctor doesn't just sign up and go live. Before any doctor is bookable, our team checks their PMDC registration, a photo of their CNIC, and a live selfie taken through the camera (not an uploaded photo, so it can't be faked). A person reviews every single doctor by hand. Only after that human approval does the green “PMDC verified” badge appear on their profile.

Booking and visiting

Search by specialty and city, or open a doctor's own booking link, and pick a time that works for you. Choose an online video visit or an in-clinic walk-in, whichever the doctor offers. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need, and a reminder before your visit. After your appointment, your doctor's notes, any prescription, and lab requests are saved to your account for you to come back to.

The fee, in plain language

Hayat charges a small, clearly shown booking fee on top of the doctor's own consultation fee, similar to a service charge. The doctor sets their own fee; Hayat's share is always shown before you confirm, never hidden in the total.

A community doctors trust each other in

Verified doctors on Hayat can share cases, ask each other for advice, and vouch for colleagues they trust with a public recommendation on that doctor's profile. It's a professional space, patients never see it, and it means the doctors recommended most are recommended by their own peers, not just by stars.

Not for emergencies

Hayat is not built for medical emergencies. If you or someone with you needs urgent help, please call your local emergency number or go straight to the nearest hospital.
